Closing your Account
If you no longer want to use Simfonie, you can close your account.
To Close your Account
- From the Subscriber Hub, click the
Close button. The Change Subscriber Status Screen is then displayed.
- Enter the reason you are closing your account in the
Reason for Change field and then click the Save button. - Your account is then closed.
Note: If you close your account, you no longer have access to Simfonie and you can never re-activate your account. If you want to use Simfonie again in the future, you need to re-register.
