Closing your Account

If you no longer want to use Simfonie, you can close your account.

To Close your Account

  1. From the Subscriber Hub, click the Close button.

    The Change Subscriber Status Screen is then displayed.

  2. Enter the reason you are closing your account in the Reason for Change field and then click the Save button.
  3. Your account is then closed.

    Note: If you close your account, you no longer have access to Simfonie and you can never re-activate your account. If you want to use Simfonie again in the future, you need to re-register.
