Change PIN Number
The Change Security Code Screen enables you to change the Security Code or PIN Number you provided during registration in Simfonie. This PIN Number is used when performing transactions in Simfonie.
The PIN Number is used as a supplement or alternative to the Mobile PIN for verifying a transaction, conducted by the user in Simfonie. Whether or not a PIN Number is required to conduct transactions in Simfonie, depends on your Operator.

The following table lists the fields that may be displayed on the Change Security Code Screen.
Fields may be mandatory, optional, read-only, or not displayed at all according to your Operator's preferences and registration requirements.

Subscriber ID
|
Displays the Login ID of the Subscriber. This is displayed as a read-only field to the Subscriber.

Old Security Code
|
Enables you to enter your current PIN Number.

New Security Code
|
Enables you to enter your New PIN Number.

Confirm New Security Code
|
Enables you to confirm you to re-enter and confirm your New PIN Number.

Note: The fields displayed on this screen and your ability to change them depend on your Operator's requirements.
Changing your Security Code (PIN Number)
You must be logged on to Simfonie to be able to change your Security Code.
- Click the
Change Security Code hyperlink from the Subscriber Hub. The Change Security Code Screen is then displayed. - Enter your old PIN Number in the
Old Security Code field. - Enter your new PIN Number in the
New Security Code field. - Re-enter your new PIN Number in the
New Security Code field and then click the Save button.
Your Security Code is changed and you are then returned to the Subscriber Hub.
