The Registration Process

The registration process for Simfonie

1. Access Simfonie by logging on to your Operator's website to enter information, as per your Operator's registration procedures. The Terms and Conditions Screen is then displayed.

   Note: Depending on the registration process implemented by your Operator, you may need to request a verification code from the system which you must enter before you can register in Simfonie .

2. Read the terms and conditions and then select the check box at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions Screen, to indicate you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of your Operator.
3. Click the Continue button to continue the registration process. The Mobile Details Screen is then displayed.
4. Enter your Mobile Number and then click the Continue button to continue the registration process. The Personal Details Screen is then displayed.
5. The Personal Details Screen enables you to enter personal details; such as your name and address details. Alternatively, this information may be pre-populated from your Operator.
6. Complete the required information and then click the Continue button to continue the registration process. Simfonie verifies the information and the Security Details Screen is then displayed. The Security Details Screen enables you to enter security details; such as your preferred Username and Password.
7. Enter the required security information and then click the Continue button to continue the registration process. The Subscriber Hub is then displayed, which enables you to confirm your registration (if required) and add a payment instrument.

   In order to perform transactions, you must confirm your registration (if required), and specify a Payment Instrument. For more information, see Confirming Registration and Payment Instrument Maintenance, respectively, later in this guide.
