Subscriber Verification Code

Some implementations of Simfonie require Subscribers to request a verification code from the system which they must enter on Simfonie web interface, in order to proceed with the registration process.

If this feature has been configured, the registration process will not continue unless you enter the verification code sent by the system to your handset.

You can initiate the request for verification code by clicking Request for Verification Code from your Operator's website and then entering the required information on the Request Verification Code Screen.

The following table provides descriptions of the fields and functions available on the Request Verification Code Screen.

Field/Button	Description
	Enables you to continue with the next step of the registration, after you have entered the required information in the `Mobile Number` and `Characters` fields.
	Enables you to refresh the picture of characters displayed on the screen.
Mobile Number	Enables you to enter the Mobile Number where the system will send the verification code.
Characters	Enables you to enter the characters you see on the screen, in order to successfully obtain your verification code.
