Transaction Details

The Transaction Details Screen enables you to view additional details about a transaction. It provides information about the status and result of a transaction, date and time, the entities involved and other relevant details, such as transaction type and amount.

The following table lists the fields and functions that may be displayed on the Transaction Details Screen.

Field	Description
ID	The Unique ID that identifies the transaction in Simfonie.
External Reference	The external reference used to identify the transaction in Simfonie.
Type	The business description of the transaction. Transactions may be a business process, such as Top Up, or an administrative process, such as Reset PIN.
Initiator (Payer)	The person that initiated the transaction.
Payment Instrument	The Short Pan of the Payment Instrument used for the transaction. A Short PAN is a truncated version of the PAN, used for security reasons. It comprises the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits of the PAN.
Recipient (Payee)	The person that was the recipient of the transaction.
Merchant	The merchant that received the funds paid for the transaction.
Initiated	The date and time the transaction was initiated.
Completed	The date and time the transaction was completed.
Net Amount	The amount of the transaction exclusive of taxes.
Tax Amount	The tax amount of transaction.
Gross Amount	The amount of the transaction inclusive of taxes.
Status	The status of the transaction.
Result	The result of the transaction from a business perspective.
