Forgotten Password

If you forget your password, your secret question is used to verify your identity when you request a reset of your password from your Operator.

To reset your password

Click the Forgot Password button and then enter the following information:

  1. Enter your Login ID and then click the Continue button.
  2. Simfonie searches for your Login ID and then displays your secret question.
  3. Enter the answer to your secret question and then click the Continue button.
    • If you enter the correct answer, your password is reset and a new system generated password is sent to you via email.
    • If you enter the incorrect answer more than 3 times, your account is locked and you must contact your Operator to unlock and reset your account.
    • If you do not have a secret question and answer, an error message is displayed. You must contact your Operator to unlock and reset your account.
    • If your account is locked, you cannot use the Forgot Password procedure and an error message is displayed. You must contact your Operator to unlock and reset your account.
