Forgotten Password
If you forget your password, your secret question is used to verify your identity when you request a reset of your password from your Operator.
To reset your password
Click the Forgot Password button and then enter the following information:
- Enter your Login ID and then click the
Continue button. - Simfonie searches for your Login ID and then displays your secret question.
- Enter the answer to your secret question and then click the
Continue button. - If you enter the correct answer, your password is reset and a new system generated password is sent to you via email.
- If you enter the incorrect answer more than 3 times, your account is locked and you must contact your Operator to unlock and reset your account.
- If you do not have a secret question and answer, an error message is displayed. You must contact your Operator to unlock and reset your account.
- If your account is locked, you cannot use the Forgot Password procedure and an error message is displayed. You must contact your Operator to unlock and reset your account.
